Safety and Hygiene
Casino Lisboa ensures periodical cleaning and disinfection of the premises, in accordance with the rules defined by the Directorate-General for Health in Guideline 014/2020, of 21/03.
Casino Lisboa received the Seal "Establishment Clean & Safe", after declaring compliance with the Sanitary Standards contained in the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health and Tourism of Portugal.

Access Rules
The accesses are spaced out, avoiding simultaneous accesses with proximity between regulars, as well as any agglomerations that do not respect the physical distance as defined by the Directorate-General of Health, using, if necessary, signs on the floor to delimit the spacing ;
It is mandatory to disinfect hands in a dispenser placed at the entrance. This measure will be supervised by an employee assigned to this activity.
General Standards
The bar and restaurant services comply with the rules contained in Guideline 023/2020, of 8 May, of the Directorate-General for Health;
In the food and beverage areas, the cleaning and disinfection of utensils, equipment and surfaces is reinforced;
ATM terminals (ATMs) are regularly cleaned, with particular emphasis on contact areas (keyboard) and on the screen, if it is tactile;
The payment terminals in the cashiers (POS) are always cleaned after each use;
Smoking is prohibited in all of the Casino's closed spaces, regardless of the type of tobacco, including electronic cigarettes, and the signage is adjusted accordingly, as defined in the norms of Turismo de Portugal.
Game Room Standards
Attendees must sanitize and disinfect their hands before using the entrance gates. Identity verification at the time of entry is carried out by comparing the photograph contained in the document presented and the visitor's face;
In boxes and any other service points, protection with clear acrylic separators is carried out;
In the vicinity of service points, connected gaming machines and gaming tables in operation, dispensers of alcoholic-based antiseptic solution or alcohol-based solution (70%) are available, for use by patrons and workers;
Information/awareness is made available for compliance with physical distance for patrons and workers;
The Managers supervise, sensitize and demobilize the agglomeration of individuals either at the benches and machines or in the circulation areas;
In transactions carried out at cashiers, electronic payment methods should preferably be used, through debit or credit cards, if possible in contactless support, and concessionaires should provide adequate equipment for this purpose.
GAME MACHINES
The entrance is processed through the porticos, which are no longer bidirectional, with porticos dedicated only to the entrances and only the exits of the clients;
The number of attendees/customers present in the room is controlled by counting the entries and exits performed by the ushers/doormen;
The layout of the machines is organized to ensure physical distance between players, which is achieved by switching off machines alternately, changing the location of machines, and in some cases separators in transparent acrylic can be used , taking into account the physical distance;
Machines that intend to open up to exploitation, and only these, have a chair, and visitors are prohibited from changing the respective, namely to seat two people next to the same machine. Chairs corresponding to the switched off machines are removed from the room.
Managers and Inspectors must supervise, sensitize and demobilize the gathering of individuals either near machines or in circulation areas.
GAMING ROOMS
The entrance is processed through the porticos, which are no longer bidirectional, with porticos dedicated only to the entrances and only the exits of the clients;
It is not allowed to buy chips at the game tables, while the measures to prevent and combat COVID-19 last;
Next to each gaming table in operation, an alcoholic-based antiseptic solution or an alcohol-based solution (70%) is available for use by patrons and workers;
Cleaning of Game Areas
Gaming machines
Gaming machines are regularly cleaned, with special focus on the keys and contact areas, including the screens when they are tactile. The cleaning of these equipment always takes place after each use by users;
Game rooms
The gaming tables are cleaned regularly, and after each use, with particular incidence in areas where contact can be made by patrons and banking professionals;
Chairs are also subject to cleaning which occurs whenever a guest leaves the table;
The cleaning of materials used in the practice of game, namely, balls, dice, chips, rackets, dice cup, cornea and card shufflers, will also be done periodically;
