Croupier Training Course

Course: Casino Banking Professional (Croupier) (m/f) 2026 Edition

Job Summary:

Graduates who successfully complete the course will be qualified to work as casino table clerks at Estoril Sol III (Casino Estoril and Casino Lisboa), either participating in the execution of various games played at casino tables, notably roulette, blackjack, and French bank, or in poker.
Trainees should be able to perform mental calculations and solve equations involving logical/mathematical reasoning, as well as demonstrate ease in interpersonal relationships, adopting assertive and positive communication and demonstrating the ability to work in a team.

Application Requirements:

Minimum age 18 years;
Minimum academic education: 12th grade;
English (spoken and written), with knowledge of another language being a preferential condition (notably Spanish, German, and French);
Updated criminal record, in accordance with paragraph b) of article 5, no. 1 of Law no. 8/2006 of March 16;
Availability to attend a training course lasting no less than 325 hours, during the day or night.

Certificate of Qualifications;
Updated Criminal Record;
Copy of ID/RG and CPF;
1 photograph.

Selection Process:

Applications that meet the requirements will be subject to preliminary selection tests.

Dates and Location:

The course is expected to begin in March, after the completion of the selection process and the formation of classes.
The training will take place at the Casino Estoril (Estoril Sol) facilities, with occasional sessions possibly held at the Estoril School of Hospitality.
